We strictly adhere to the MRL (Maximum Residue Limit) regulations of the destination country (e.g., EU, Japan, USA). Our contract farmers all over Thailand follow a strict chemical policy, and we conduct regular lab testing before harvest and export to ensure compliance.

Shelf life varies by product and storage conditions. For example, our Vacuumed Durian typically lasts 14 days when stored at 6-8°C. We use advanced post-harvest technology and proper cold chain management from farm to airport/seaport to maximize freshness upon arrival.

We currently export to over 20 countries globally, including the UK, USA, Japan, European countries, Hong Kong, and markets in the Middle East. We are experienced in handling the specific documentation required for each of these regions.

We typically work with FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), and FCA (Free Carrier). If you have a preferred freight forwarder or specific delivery requirement, please let us know.

We maintain a seamless cold chain from our farm to the point of export. Our packhouse in Ratchaburi is equipped with temperature-controlled zones for packing and storage. We use refrigerated trucks for transport to the airport or seaport to ensure no break in the cold chain.

We offer flexible MOQs depending on the shipping method. For air freight, our standard minimum is 500kg due to airline limitation. For sea freight, we typically require a 20ft container. We can also consolidate mixed loads of various fruits and vegetables to help you manage inventory.

Yes, Blue River Products specializes in OEM solutions. We can pack fresh produce, ready-to-cook vegetables, and processed fruits under your brand’s label. We supply major retailers worldwide (including in the UK and USA) and can adhere to your specific packaging designs and barcode requirements.
