Rose Apple

Thai rose apple, known locally as chomphu, is crisp and lightly sweet with a very high water content and a clean, almost floral finish. It is eaten fresh as a refreshing snack and used in salads and fruit platters.
 
Bell-shaped fruit graded for colour and size.
Cushioned and tray-packed — the fruit bruises easily and packing matters.
Retail formats include 200 g and 500 g; Blue River production BOMs also document 8 × 300 g and 4 × 1 kg carton configurations.
